It worked like it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much. The quality is okay, but for the price I kind of expected it to feel a little better. It’s not bad by any means, just average. Shipping was fine too, nothing out of the ordinary.

I had a small issue and reached out to support, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. They were friendly too, basically saying something like, “No worries, we can help with that,” and then walked me through what to do. Super easy and a nice experience.

I’m no expert or anything, but the ingredient list looked solid and straightforward, which I appreciate. It didn’t give me that “what am I even reading?” feeling, you know? Kind of like when you’re grocery shopping and suddenly realize you’ve been comparing peanut butter labels for ten minutes. Anyway, the product itself seems honest enough to me. Shipping was fine, not super fast, not terrible, just kind of average.

I switched my beagle over to Fromm after what felt like forever dealing with soft poop and him scratching all the time. I was getting tired of trying to guess if it was the food, grass, treats, the weather—who knows with dogs. Anyway, it took around two weeks before I really noticed the difference, but his stomach is much better now and his skin seems calmer too. He’s also got a little more pep, which is nice, except when he decides 6 a.m. is playtime. Shipping was simple, the bag showed up fresh, and overall I’m happy I gave it a try.

My dog eats this right away with zero fuss, which is a win. He seems to really like it.
